Middlemore presents an exciting opportunity for a skilled Reward Analyst to join a leading Financial Services Investment business.
This role offers a competitive salary range of £65-80,000 per annum, dependent on experience, plus a bonus and benefits package. The position includes a hybrid working arrangement in London.
The successful candidate will work under the guidance of the Head of Reward and contribute to achieving end-of-year processes and compensation season targets.
Main Responsibilities:
- Review and recommend compensation and benefits strategies.
- Lead job grading exercises within the annual cycle.
- Develop communication materials and training documentation for new and existing programs.
- Conduct due diligence during mergers and acquisitions.
- Evaluate compensation and benefits standards against company policies.
- Provide system reporting expertise to the team.
- Ensure administrative excellence in benefits operations.
- Support monthly and annual reporting, including remuneration statements.
Essential Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in a Reward/Compensation & Benefits role.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Strong analytical background.
- University degree or equivalent.
- Prior experience with McLagan is desirable but not essential.
- Experience working on projects related to career pathways and banding structures for job families is highly valued.
- Workday experience is beneficial but not essential.
- Financial Services experience is essential, with consultancies that have serviced FS considered.
