Job Title: Payroll Administrator

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Payroll Administrator to join our team at Bell Cornwall Recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing payrolls, calculating wages, and maintaining employee records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process payrolls as per client requirements on Sage 50 cloud Payroll
  • Calculate wages, deductions, tax, and NI contributions
  • Submit RTI submissions to HMRC for PAYE
  • Respond and resolve queries from clients and management relating to payroll
  • Maintain employee payroll records
  • Process year-end annual P60s and update payrolls for the new tax year
  • Produce financial reports for clients and management

Requirements:

  • Experience using Sage 50 cloud Payroll highly desirable
  • Experience working in Payroll in an Accountancy Practice
  • Strong IT skills including MS Office, especially Excel
