Job Title: Payroll Administrator
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Payroll Administrator to join our team at Bell Cornwall Recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing payrolls, calculating wages, and maintaining employee records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process payrolls as per client requirements on Sage 50 cloud Payroll
- Calculate wages, deductions, tax, and NI contributions
- Submit RTI submissions to HMRC for PAYE
- Respond and resolve queries from clients and management relating to payroll
- Maintain employee payroll records
- Process year-end annual P60s and update payrolls for the new tax year
- Produce financial reports for clients and management
Requirements:
- Experience using Sage 50 cloud Payroll highly desirable
- Experience working in Payroll in an Accountancy Practice
- Strong IT skills including MS Office, especially Excel
