Full Time, Permanent

Hours of work: Monday - Friday 9:00 - 17:00, 37.5 hours per week.

Location: Tamworth with requirement to travel

**Salary**: £23,000 - £25,750

**Purpose of the role**

Ownership and coordination of the HR administrative function in all HR areas as required, ensuring a consistent functional approach, accuracy, and reliability of information and close team working with the wider Movianto HR Team.

Support to the Managerial population at all levels including managing lower-level ER cases, Training and Health Safety activities.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Stakeholder Support**
- Coordinating the output of the HR function, covering administrative including HR, Payroll and Recruitment, Employee Relations (ER), and Learning and Development (L&D) Activities.
- Coordinate with key interfaces on HR and Payroll processes and procedures.
- Accurately advise managers on the company HR policies in a timely manner.
- Supporting managers with payroll queries
- Timely production of letters including but not limited to ER letters, maternity letters, references etc.
- Support and participation in the delivery of the HR team projects and strategic objectives.

**Administration**
- Ownership of the Contract Review and Benefits matrices ensuring they are current and accurate at all times.
- Maintaining personnel detail files and managing personnel filing system.
- Work with the HR Shared Services Team Leader to ensure new starters are added to systems including HRIS and Benefits platforms.
- Work with the Recruitment Business Partner to ensure recruitment administration is conducted in a timely manner, including updating recruitment platforms.
- Ensure processing of new starters including right to work, death in service benefit, DBS check (as appropriate).
- Monitor receipt of new starters details such as passports, visas and 3/6-month review and escalate as appropriate to relevant HR representative.
- Manage benefits process and provide benefits information to employees within agreed timeframes and act as liaison between benefits brokers and employee including health insurance, eye-test vouchers, pension, cycle to work scheme and other benefits.
- Request references for all employees, monitor receipt and escalate as appropriate.
- Record receipt of and correct authorisations obtained on Recruitment Authorisation Forms and Change of Details Forms.
- Conduct the administration for payroll tasks including but not limited to ad hoc payments, out of payroll payments and supporting in payroll queries.
- Produce HR Data, including HR KPI’s, Global data and Health and Safety information.
- Maintain, update and track various monitoring spreadsheets i.e. RAF/COD, Maternity/Paternity log and any other trackers.
- Provide prompt and accurate administrative support for the HR Team.
- Ensure offboarding processes are followed and correspondence is issued, including leaver forms, exit interviews, return of equipment/uniform and IT leaver process.
- Undertake key HR administration projects as directed.
- Support Movianto Learning and Development activities, including, training event coordination and material generation, Sharepoint updates and administration.
- All other reasonable HR administration requests.

**Supplier Contact**
- Timely ordering of stationary for the HR Team.

**Personal Profile**
- Current, clean driving licence and access to a car.
- CIPD desirable.
- Maths and English GCSE or equivalent.
- Enthusiasm, drive and a can-do attitude.
- High level of organisational skills.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills.
- Able to prioritise heavy workload.
- Customer focused - managing expectations and reliability.
- Able to work on own initiative and to strict deadlines.
- Team orientated, comfortable working remotely from other team members.
- Ability to juggle workload to meet business needs.

- development and continuous effort to update knowledge on company policies and employment law
