Brand, Energy & Infrastructure Services is a multi-national organisation operating within the global energy, industrial and infrastructure markets.
- **We have a fantastic opportunity for a part-time HR Administrator to join our team in Tamworth**_
**What you will be doing**:
- Being the point of contact for all day-to-day general queries across the employee lifecycle for the business.
- Processing paperwork for new starters and leavers.
- Managing change forms to ensure that HR and Payroll records are accurate.
- Working with the wider HR team, management and Payroll in the management of data and HR systems.
- Undertake any projects or duties as required by the HR Advisor and HR Manager.
- Ensure that filing is kept organised and up to date.
- Updating HR systems including Oracle and Workday, producing reports and analysing where necessary.
**What to bring with you**:
- Experience of working as an Administrator within a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to multi-task, adapt and operate at all levels when working under pressure.
- Organised and self-motivated with the ability to build and maintain solid relationships, having the confidence to work as part of a team and on your own initiative.
- Strong system and MS Office skills.
