**Located in Tamworth, Warwickshire**
**Purpose of role**:
In this role, you’ll be the key to ensuring the smooth data flow within the HR team for recording starters, leavers and transfers by controlling the documentation and updating the HR system (ADP iHCM). You will also be the support to the payroll team, assistingwhere necessary and covering them during periods of absence.

**Key Responsibilities**
**HR Operations**
- Provide support and holiday cover in the preparation and maintenance of payrolls utilising the portal and ADP to ensure the timely and accurate completion of timesheets and payroll for all employees.
- Work with the Talent Acquisition team to control the new starter process through issuing of relevant paperwork to employees, creating new profiles within ADP, and ensuring payroll is reconciled accordingly.
- Control the leaver process through issuing of relevant paperwork to employees, updating ADP accordingly and reconciling final salary payments within payroll.
- Control the transfer process for employees who change roles, remuneration, line managers, working patterns etc by producing relevant paperwork and ensuring ADP and payroll is up to date.
- Responsibility for ADP iHCM as the single source of HR data for all Greenergy group employees.
- iHCM "superuser" status, with responsibility of ensuring the Company are maximising the potential of the system.
- Management of the HR inbox, dealing with queries from colleagues in a timely manner.
- Administration of the benefits programme.

- Experience of dealing with end to end payroll.
