Logistics and Administration Specialist

Damco Spain SL is a global leader in integrated logistics, and we are seeking a skilled Logistics and Administration Specialist to join our team. As a Logistics and Administration Specialist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our warehouse site managers, ensuring seamless delivery of HR services.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and administration, with experience in resolving employee relations issues. You will work closely with stakeholders to develop and implement effective HR strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
You will also work in Workday and Service Now to ensure efficient delivery of HR services. Additionally, you will train employees and managers on new HR systems and service delivery models, ensuring a smooth transition.
We offer a competitive salary of £xxxxx per annum, based on industry standards for this role and location. Our comprehensive benefits package includes 25 days annual leave, annual bonus, pension scheme, family-friendly benefits, and retailer discounts through our benefits partner.
