HR Support Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Administrative HR Officer to join our team at Elite Mobile Ltd. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing efficient and effective HR support to our growing business.
Your primary duties will include carrying out all HR administrative processes, such as offer letters, contracts, new starter processes, processing leavers, contract changes/amendments, and references.
Main Responsibilities:
- Performing various HR administrative tasks with high accuracy and efficiency
- Responding to employee inquiries and resolving issues related to pay, attendance, and policy guidance
- Managing the time and attendance system to ensure smooth data flow and minimal errors
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee salary details and resolving any discrepancies promptly
- Supporting recruitment efforts and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Reviewing and updating policies and procedures to align with business objectives
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in an HR role, preferably within a fast-paced environment
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel
- Exceptional communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
Benefits:
- Competitive annual salary: approximately £28,080 (based on a 35-hour week)
- Full-time permanent position with standard working hours: 9am - 5:30pm
