Job Description

The HR Advisor will play a critical role in supporting the HR Strategy, working closely with the HR team to deliver a range of human resource services, including recruitment, operational support, project work, and compliance.

Key Accountabilities

  • Recruitment: Lead the recruitment process for various roles within the organisation, ensuring timely and effective hiring processes.
  • Operational Support: Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data management and reporting.
  • Project Work: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects that drive business outcomes and improve employee experience.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to relevant HR legislation and best practices.

Person Specification

To succeed as a HR Advisor, you will need:

  • A degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Proven experience in HR generalist roles, with a focus on recruitment, talent management, and employee engagement.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex HR data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £42,500 - £58,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits, including:
