**About the Role**

**As Office Administrator you will **
- Administer wages ensuring a high level of accuracy
- Deliver an effective administration service to the factory management team
- Dealing efficiently and professionally with visitors to site
- Diary management / room booking / providing refreshments
- Dealing with Contractors
- Provide SAP cover as required

**Hours of Work**:8.00am to 4.00pm, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday**

**About You**
- Previous experience working as an Administrator
- Experience of administrating a weekly payroll system
- Ability to multitask and prioritise your workload effectively
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to work well under your own initiative as well as part of a team
- Excellent Microsoft Office and Excel skills
- Work well under pressure
- Thorough attention to detail
- Knowledge of SAP is desirable but not essential
