As the distribution arm of the largest Pay As You Go Sim Card Company in the UK and controlling one of the fastest growing vape businesses within the convenience sector, there appears to be no limits to what can be achieved.
We are strengthening our in-house administration team with over 200 field sales agents on the road. Reporting directly to the HR Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for handling all HR administrative processes, including offer letters, new starter procedures, processing leavers, contract amendments, and references.
The day-to-day queries they will handle include payroll, attendance, and policy guidance. They will also manage the time and attendance system, ensuring accuracy with respect to employee salary details. Additionally, they will assist with recruitment processes and maintain up-to-date policies and procedures.
The ideal candidate will possess previous experience in a similar HR role within a fast-paced department. Strong capabilities in Microsoft Word and Excel are essential, as well as excellent communication and organisational skills. They should be able to work independently, meet tight deadlines, and organise information effectively.
Prior knowledge of basic employment law and HR/Payroll practices would be advantageous.
This full-time position offers a competitive salary of £23,795.20 and a standard working schedule of 9am to 5:30pm at our office location in Tamworth.
