We are looking for someone to join our client support team who together 'own’ the back office and payroll support service for a number of our clients - we have grown three-fold in the last two years and the next couple of years look no different. So, there is a great opportunity for someone to grow with the business.

We provide software, payroll and funding solutions to the recruitment industry.
We are privately owned, growing quickly and have a positive, friendly team across the business. We work from converted stables in a parkland setting, just outside Tamworth.
**The Role**
Providing support administration to a few assigned Clients in which you will be doing “full” back office for these agencies.
- Using our own, and some external, software platforms
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of data
- Responding to client queries and requests for information
- Providing first line support/ help to clients about our software
- Ensure all timesheets are received from your assigned Clients
- Processing your assigned Clients payroll which includes processing new starters and levers and calculating additional items such as holiday pay, statutory pays and issuing payslips
**Who are we looking for?**
Someone who has:
- Proven administration experience
- A high level of interest/ experience in what systems can do for a business - able to adapt to/ work with a number of different systems at the same time
- A willingness to learn new processes and systems
Pay: £22,500.00-£25,500.00 per year
