About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team at Marshall Fleet Solutions. As an Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our regional administration procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers
  • Manage the administration of the HR system, including adding absence, holidays, and keeping personal details up to date
  • Support the regional team in administering call out rotas and logging holidays
  • Manage the regional email inbox and delegate tasks to the correct person or department
  • Ensure engineers' time clocking's are correctly added to the system and discrepancies are reported to the authorising manager
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to internal and external customers
  • Monitor failed transactions in IFS and provide feedback to the engineer and lead engineer
  • Send customers documentation and certification as required
  • Manage the payroll process, compile employee attendance records, and calculate hours worked each week
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a customer service administration environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding customer environment
  • High level of IT skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize and solve problems
