Pharmacy Administration Team Leader

Polar Speed Distribution Ltd, a UPS company, is a leading provider of temperature-sensitive transportation and pharmaceutical supply chain solutions in the UK.

We are seeking an experienced Administration Team Lead to join our team in Tamworth. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our temperature-controlled transportation services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate the activities of our logistics team
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a logistics or administration role
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of temperature-controlled transportation and pharmaceutical supply chain management

Hours: 37.5 Hours Monday - Friday - Between the hours of 8am - 6pm, flexibility required.
