Spire Healthcare is seeking a Senior Radiographer to enhance our Imaging Services team on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for a seasoned General Radiographer eager to advance their career and take on new challenges.

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate current imaging methodologies and practices against industry standards, ensuring adherence to best practices. Collaborate with modality leads and specialized radiographers to offer guidance and support on imaging techniques and interpretations, utilizing advanced clinical and managerial skills. Work alongside highly specialized colleagues to establish and monitor diagnostic imaging standards, ensuring they are implemented effectively and regularly assessed. Engage in General, Theatre, and Fluoroscopy imaging. Partner with the Radiology Manager to set clear, achievable targets aligned with the hospital's operational goals, ensuring timely reviews.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s degree (BSc Hons) or equivalent qualification. Registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC). Minimum of 5 years' experience in Radiology, CT, or MRI. Proven leadership experience within a team setting. Comprehensive experience in General, Theatre, and Fluoroscopy imaging is essential. A commitment to enhancing service delivery and a passion for patient and staff welfare. Strategic thinker with commercial awareness. Demonstrates initiative and accountability. Enthusiastic and takes pride in their work. Actively seeks new business opportunities to support the Imaging Services department. Experience with RPS is advantageous but not mandatory.
