Key Responsibilities
Primary Duties
- Evaluate current imaging methodologies and innovations, aligning them with industry standards to ensure optimal practices.
- Collaborate with modality leaders and specialized radiographers to offer guidance and support on imaging techniques and interpretations, utilizing advanced clinical and managerial skills.
- Work alongside highly specialized colleagues to establish and oversee diagnostic imaging standards, ensuring regular assessments and compliance.
- Engage in General, Theatre, and Fluoroscopy imaging practices.
- In partnership with the Radiology Manager, set and achieve clear objectives that align with operational goals and strategic plans.

Who We Are Looking For
- Degree (BSc Hons) or equivalent qualification.
- HCPC Registration.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Radiology/CT/MRI.
- Proven experience in a leadership role.
- Expertise in General, Theatre, and Fluoroscopy imaging is essential.
- A commitment to enhancing service delivery and prioritizing patient and staff welfare.
- Strategic thinking with a commercial perspective.
- Proactive and accountable approach.
- Enthusiasm and pride in work.
- Ability to identify and create new business opportunities within the imaging department.
- RPS experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
Contract Type: Permanent
