About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Radiographer to join our team at InHealth Group. As a Senior Radiographer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality diagnostic imaging services to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of radiographers in the delivery of diagnostic imaging services, ensuring that all procedures are carried out to the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Develop and implement quality assurance programs to ensure that imaging equipment is functioning correctly and that patient care is optimized.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure that patients receive comprehensive and coordinated care.
  • Provide training and guidance to junior radiographers to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge necessary to perform their roles effectively.
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures related to diagnostic imaging, ensuring that they are aligned with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) as a Radiographer.
  • Postgraduate qualification in Radiography or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a senior radiography role, preferably in a community diagnostic centre setting.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
