About the Company: Interface Recruitment UK is a leading recruitment agency based in Leeds.

About the Role:

We are seeking an IT Service Desk Expert to join our team in Leeds. As an ITIL V4 certified professional, you will be working on-site and from home (50% work-from-home arrangement) to provide technical support to internal end-users and external customers.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support via phone, email, and ticketing system.
  • Licensing and Cloud Provisioning support for internal staff and customers.
  • Excellent customer service and logging incidents into the Service Desk ITSM tool.
  • Develop proposals to improve IT systems and infrastructure.
  • Adhere to change management processes.

Requirements:

  • Broad technical knowledge of key vendor products (Microsoft, VMWare, VEEAM, Sophos, etc).
  • Prioritise work with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
  • At least 1 year's experience in a Service Desk environment.
