About the Role

We are currently seeking a Technical Service Desk Manager to join our team at LMS Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client queries, ensuring SLAs are met, and working closely with teams to evaluate and prevent problems.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage assigned 3rd line tickets, identify root causes, and resolve issues permanently.
  • Develop and update processes and procedures to adhere to the continuous improvement framework.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3+ years of IT experience, strong people management skills, Active Directory management, Office 365, and Azure administration.
  • Expert knowledge of Office 365 product suite, Microsoft Server operating systems, and Microsoft Windows operating systems.
  • Extensive networking knowledge, troubleshooting experience, and knowledge of backup solutions, virtualization, and VOIP configurations.
Benefits:

The salary for this role is £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer increasing holiday with length of service, annual pay reviews, and a range of other benefits including a Microsoft Surface Laptop and flexible working.
