Are you looking for a challenging role as a Technical Service Desk Advisor? NewDay Ltd is seeking an experienced professional to join our team in Leeds, providing technical support for our clients and colleagues. As a permanent full-time role, you will work in our iconic office in Morley or virtually via Microsoft Teams.

The successful candidate will have experience working in an IT environment, ideally in a Service Desk role. They will possess technical knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft Operating Systems, Microsoft Office, Citrix, Exchange, and SCCM. Flexibility is essential as the role includes some weekend and bank holiday working, and some later shifts.

  • You will be the first point of contact for any incidents or requests, accepting requests for support by phone, ITSM toolset, email, and Microsoft Teams.
  • Facilitating and transferring information between first line and other support groups, and ensuring that coordination and communication between the Service Desk and the technical support teams are maintained in system critical situations.

The estimated salary for this position is £32,000 - £42,000 per annum, depending on experience.
