We are seeking a skilled 2nd Line Technical Support Engineer to join our team based near Leeds. As a key member of our IT support team, you will provide technical support for a wide range of cloud products and services, delivering exceptional customer service.

Job Description:

You will be responsible for:

  • Providing high-level technical support to clients at second-line level
  • Ensuring incidents are resolved within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Escalating unresolved issues to 3rd Line support
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date internal documentation
  • Continuously developing your technical knowledge and skills

Essential Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a 1st/2nd line technical IT support role
  • Familiarity with server, virtualization, and storage solutions
  • Cisco Networking expertise - switches, routers, firewalls
  • VoIP telephony solutions knowledge

Compensation Package:

A competitive salary of up to £30,000 per annum (rising to £36,000 after probation), plus a 20% shift bonus uplift, taking the total package to around £36,000 after probation.
