About the Role:
This Technical Service Desk Specialist role involves providing expert technical support to clients, ensuring they receive seamless and efficient services. As a key member of the IT support team, you will be responsible for resolving technical issues, escalating complex problems, and collaborating with other teams to deliver exceptional results.

Essential Requirements:- At least 2 years' experience in a Technical Service Desk role, preferably in a legal firm.
- Deep knowledge of Microsoft products, particularly Office 2013, and Windows operating systems.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
