Technical Help Desk Specialist

We are looking for a Technical Help Desk Specialist to join our IT Service Desk Team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service and technical support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Logging and documenting all support requests in the ticketing system.
- Escalating tickets for timely resolution within the team or to the Manager.
- Supporting and maintaining Windows 10/11 PCs and O365 applications.
Salary: £28,000 / per annum for a 37.5 week contract.
We are looking for someone with experience in asset lifecycle management and software installation. If you have a strong background in ITIL framework and are familiar with ServiceNow and Cisco Finesse, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
