IT Service Desk Professional

We are seeking an experienced IT Service Desk Professional to join our team in Leeds.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients.
- Providing technical support and assistance to clients via email and telephone.
- Ordering remote monitoring equipment.
- Handling customer queries regarding monitoring of intruder alarm systems.
The successful candidate will have at least 2 years' experience in a similar role and possess strong verbal and written communication skills, good teamwork skills, and advanced IT skills, including Word and Excel.
The estimated salary for this position is £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities- Monitoring units experiencing line failures, coordinating remote investigation methods or engineer attendance as required.
- Regularly updating the health check summary in collaboration with Custodian Monitoring services.
- Monitoring the queries spreadsheet ensuring that the CASH database is up to date.
- At least 2 years' experience in a similar role.
- Experience with CASH or similar systems is desirable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good teamwork skills.
- Advanced IT skills, including Word and Excel.
