About the Role
We are seeking an IT Service Desk Analyst to join our team at Novuna. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Acting as the first point of contact for all IT-related incidents and providing high-quality support
- Logging and maintaining all incidents and requests in our ServiceNow ticketing system
- Providing regular updates to customers on the status of their issues
- Recording customer requests accurately and with a high level of detail using ServiceNow call logging software
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic knowledge of IT systems and software
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems is a plus
