Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Front Desk Associate. Key responsibilities include:

  • Greeting guests, checking in and out, and providing general assistance with inquiries.
  • Serving food and beverages from our 24/7 menu to late arrivals and residents.
  • Conducting security patrols to ensure guest safety and comfort.
  • Completing the Reception shift, balancing day's business, and running Night Audit process.
  • Processing card payments, charges, and banking reconciliation.
  • Assisting guests with travel plans and making reservations as required.

This is a full-time position requiring flexibility with working hours, including shifts from 10:45 pm to 7:15 am.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work well independently and as part of a team.
  • Confidence in using computer systems and following protocols.
  • A good standard of numeracy and attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in guest-facing roles, preferably in a similar environment.
