About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and friendly Receptionist to join our team at The Manor House Roundhay, a brand new 65 bed, state-of-the-art care home set to open in October 2024.
As a Receptionist, you will provide a polite, friendly, and professional reception service to the location, welcoming visitors and acting as a first point of contact.
Key Responsibilities
- Support happy living by providing a welcoming and professional reception service
- Act as a first point of contact for visitors and residents
- Provide administrative support to the team
Requirements
- Customer service NVQ level 2 or equivalent
- Understanding of data protection and confidentiality
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team
