Talkdesk has been recognized as a cloud contact center leader by top research organizations, including Gartner and Forrester. With a strong presence in the market, we are seeking driven individuals to join our team as Enterprise Account Executives.
This role will be responsible for generating new business opportunities across multiple regions, ensuring extensive coverage and consistent quota achievement. As an Enterprise Account Executive at Talkdesk, you will:
- Target net new accounts with 500+ employees
- Develop a strong pipeline through self-generated opportunities and strategic partnerships
- Build excellent internal relationships to drive sales growth
- Manage complex sales cycles, often presenting to C-level executives
- Streamline contract phases, leveraging proposal, terms, and negotiation expertise
- Align with the Talkdesk sales Go-to-Market plan to deliver accurate forecasting and planning
- Promote partner, channel, and alliance relationships to enhance sales success
What we're looking for:
- Individuals who thrive on Net New Logos challenges
- Proven experience in creating self-generated opportunities
- Consistent success selling software into Large Corporate and Enterprise accounts
- Experience closing multi-year contracts worth 5-7 figures
- C-suite, senior management, and director-level sales experience
- Champion builders and trusted advisors
- Able to command attention with compelling presentations
- Negotiation and contract development expertise
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced startup environment
Estimated salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year
Work Environment: Primarily office-based, extended periods of sitting or standing, computer-based work. Limited lifting, and equipment usage limited to computer-related equipment (keyboards, mouse, etc.)
