This role will be responsible for generating new business opportunities across multiple regions, ensuring extensive coverage and consistent quota achievement. As an Enterprise Account Executive at Talkdesk, you will:

  • Target net new accounts with 500+ employees
  • Develop a strong pipeline through self-generated opportunities and strategic partnerships
  • Build excellent internal relationships to drive sales growth
  • Manage complex sales cycles, often presenting to C-level executives
  • Streamline contract phases, leveraging proposal, terms, and negotiation expertise
  • Align with the Talkdesk sales Go-to-Market plan to deliver accurate forecasting and planning
  • Promote partner, channel, and alliance relationships to enhance sales success

  • Experience closing multi-year contracts worth 5-7 figures
  • C-suite, senior management, and director-level sales experience
  • Champion builders and trusted advisors
  • Able to command attention with compelling presentations
  • Negotiation and contract development expertise
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced startup environment

Estimated salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year

Work Environment: Primarily office-based, extended periods of sitting or standing, computer-based work. Limited lifting, and equipment usage limited to computer-related equipment (keyboards, mouse, etc.)
