Strategic Account Manager Leader

About the Role:
We are looking for a seasoned leader to join our Strategic Account Services team as a Strategic Account Manager Leader. The successful candidate will have a strong background in business development, sales, or consulting, with a focus on the e-commerce sector. You will be responsible for managing a team of consultants who provide strategic advice to Amazon sellers on how to grow their business on our EU marketplace.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of up to 6 Marketplace Consultants/Team Leads, providing guidance and support to ensure they are meeting their targets.
- Collaborate with Program teams to develop content, training, and tools that help Selling Partners grow their business on our EU marketplace.
- Develop a deep understanding of the Amazon Marketplace and competitive environment, identifying opportunities to accelerate Selling Partner growth and selection.
- Take ownership of planning and strategic projects to scale and diversify the program over the longer term.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have several years of experience in business development, sales, or consulting, preferably in the technology, internet, and e-commerce sectors. You should also have a proven track record of successfully leading and developing teams, as well as fostering key client relationships and hitting targets.
Salary: The salary range for this role is £80,000 - £120,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including a generous bonus scheme and comprehensive health insurance.
