About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our EMEA team at Avidity Science in Long Crendon, Buckinghamshire.

This dynamic role offers a unique blend of office and remote work, with at least 3 days a week based in our facility. You will be the central point of contact for our customers, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration across the company.

As a key member of our team, you will handle customer complaints, schedule EMEA field service engineers for site visits, and provide general customer telephone and communication support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Be the primary point of contact for all customer communications, ensuring timely responses and resolution.
  • Schedule and coordinate EMEA field service engineers for customer site visits using CRM BrightOffice and adhere to current SOPs.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues to progress service issues and provide technical telephone support as needed.
Requirements
  • Experience in customer service and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work proactively and manage competing priorities.
  • Adherence to Health and Safety policies and a willingness to perform other duties as assigned.
