Job Overview

OJ Digital, a well-established B2B software business based in Oxfordshire, is seeking an experienced professional to excel in the role of Account Manager.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for growth, and driving revenue expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing guidance, assistance, and troubleshooting support
  • Onboard new customers, offering training and support
  • Engage with customers to understand their goals, challenges, and feedback
  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at partner businesses
  • Monitor customer usage metrics and identify opportunities for upselling or expansion

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a B2B Account Management position
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a track record of building client relationships
  • Demonstrable experience in developing and growing existing client accounts
  • Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle

Benefits:

  • Basic salary £42,000 - £52,000 per annum
  • 25 days annual leave, rising to 30 with long service
