Job Overview

We are seeking an Account Manager to establish and grow existing client relationships across our business in Oxfordshire.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders at partner businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, offering guidance and support
  • Onboard new customers, providing training and support
  • Proactively engage with customers to understand their goals and challenges

Requirements:

  • Proven experience within a B2B Account Management position
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a track record of building and maintaining client relationships
  • Demonstrable experience of developing and growing existing client accounts

Package:

  • Estimated salary: £45,000 per annum, dependent on experience
  • 25 days annual leave, rising to 30 with long service
  • Regular company socials
