Sales Account Executive

We are seeking an experienced Sales Account Executive to join our team in the South East region. As a key member of our B2B software business, you will be responsible for establishing and growing existing client accounts across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing guidance, assistance, and support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Develop and implement strategies to onboard new customers, offering training and support to guarantee a seamless transition.
- Foster strong relationships with customers, understanding their goals, challenges, and feedback to drive business growth.
- Maintain relationships with key stakeholders at partner businesses, identifying opportunities for upselling or expansion.
- Analyze customer usage and engagement metrics, collaborating with the sales team to drive revenue growth and expand existing client accounts.
- Proven experience in a B2B Account Management position, with a strong track record of building and maintaining client relationships.
- Demonstrable experience of developing and growing existing client accounts, with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
- Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle for business use.
- A competitive salary of £45,000 per annum, recognizing your skills and experience.
- 25 days annual leave, rising to 30 days with long service, allowing you to recharge and refocus.
