About the Position

  • Be the main point of contact for clients, delivering top-notch support and guidance.
  • Provide comprehensive onboarding and training to ensure seamless integration.
  • Engage with clients to identify their needs, pain points, and areas for improvement.
  • Foster strong connections with key decision-makers at partner companies.
  • Analyze client data to spot opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, collaborating with the sales team to drive revenue growth.

Your Background

  • Substantial experience in B2B account management.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proven track record of developing and expanding existing client relationships.
  • A valid UK driver's license and access to a vehicle.

What We Offer

  • A competitive salary ranging from £45,000 to £55,000 per year.
  • 25 days of annual leave, increasing to 30 days with prolonged service.
