Role Overview

OJ Digital, a leading B2B software business based in Oxfordshire, seeks an experienced Account Manager to join its team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, identifying growth opportunities, and driving revenue expansion.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing guidance and support
  • Onboard new customers, offering training and support
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at partner businesses
  • Monitor customer usage metrics and identify opportunities for upselling or expansion

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a B2B Account Management position
  • Strong communication skills with a track record of building client relationships
  • Demonstrable experience in developing and growing existing client accounts
  • Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle

About the Benefits:

  • Basic salary £48,000 - £58,000 per annum
  • 25 days annual leave, rising to 30 with long service
