Role Description:

OJ Digital requires a Business Development Executive to join our team and drive business growth through strategic account management.

The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B sales and marketing and be able to develop and implement effective growth strategies.

Main Duties:
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop targeted sales campaigns
  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at partner businesses
  • Monitor customer usage and engagement metrics to inform sales strategies
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales and marketing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
Package:
  • Basic salary £42,000 - £52,000 per annum
  • 20 days annual leave, rising to 25 with long service
  • Regular company socials
