Client Growth Specialist

OJ Digital is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team in Oxfordshire, focusing on client growth and relationship development.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving revenue growth through the establishment and maintenance of strong relationships with key stakeholders at partner businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, offering expert guidance and support
- Onboard new customers, providing tailored training and support to ensure seamless integration
- Engage proactively with customers to understand their goals, challenges, and feedback, identifying opportunities for upselling and expansion
Requirements:
- Proven experience within a B2B Account Management position, with a focus on client growth and relationship development
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with a track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth through the establishment and maintenance of strong relationships with key stakeholders
Package:
- Estimated salary: £48,000 - £58,000 per annum, dependent on experience
- 25 days annual leave, rising to 30 with long service
