About the Role

This permanent, full-time position offers a competitive salary of £26,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. Key responsibilities include:

  • Responding to technical queries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve support processes.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience working in an IT environment, preferably in a Service Desk role.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Active Directory, MS Operating Systems, MS Office, Citrix, Exchange, and SCCM.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, bank holidays, and occasional evening shifts.
