Technical Service Desk Analyst

We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Service Desk Analyst to join our team in Central Leeds. The successful candidate will provide on-site technical support to PC users and other hardware, working 4 days a week.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year's experience in a similar role and be proficient in Microsoft O365 (Windows 10/11 and Office Suite). They should also possess knowledge of hardware troubleshooting, networking protocols (TCP/IP), and basic Mac OS experience.
The role involves logging support calls, documenting outcomes, and escalating issues as necessary. The successful candidate will also maintain accurate inventory of hardware and software and contribute to the team's technical documentation.
**Estimated Salary:** £27,500 - £32,500 per annum, based on location and industry standards.
