Service Desk Operations Manager

We are seeking an Incident Resolution Analyst to join our team at NewDay Ltd in Leeds. This permanent full-time role offers a competitive salary of £28,000 - £38,000 per annum.
The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and resolving technical incidents and requests from customers. Key responsibilities include:
- Analyzing incident reports to identify root causes and develop resolutions
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues
- Developing and implementing process improvements to enhance incident resolution
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A strong understanding of IT systems and technologies, including AD, MS Operating Systems, and Microsoft Office
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working in a Service Desk environment
