Vulnerable Customer Specialist

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Vulnerable Customer Specialist to join our team at Hastings Direct. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all customers receive good outcomes and that risks of harm are mitigated.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Working with business areas to develop and review content to support customers in vulnerable circumstances
- Producing assessments and reporting for senior leaders to evidence good outcomes
- Conducting regular reviews and assessments of internal practices to identify areas for improvement
Requirements:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a good understanding of customer journeys
- Ability to work effectively with colleagues to share best practices and learnings
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
