At Hastings Direct, we're passionate about delivering good customer outcomes and driving our growth sustainably. As a Customer Outcome Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our business practices meet regulatory requirements and drive customer satisfaction.

This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with various business areas, gathering and reviewing evidence of regulatory compliance, summarizing key points, and identifying areas of concern. You will be responsible for agreeing actions with business areas to improve customer outcomes and reduce the risk of harm.

Your ability to interpret regulatory requirements, apply them practically to different business areas, and share these in a simple and straightforward way with stakeholders will be essential in this role.

We offer a competitive salary of £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including flexible working, a bonus scheme, and access to private healthcare.
