About the Role

This Customer Success Specialist position is an exciting opportunity to join our team at WorkPal and help drive business growth through exceptional customer service. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer experiences, ensuring timely project completion, and fostering strong relationships with our clients.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in customer-facing roles, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will also possess strong organizational and project management abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a methodical approach to work. In addition, you should be proficient in Microsoft Office packages and have a solid understanding of customer-facing software platforms.

As part of our team, you can expect a comprehensive benefits package, including a salary of £42,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer opportunities for professional development and advancement within the company.
