Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Account Growth Specialist to drive business growth and customer engagement. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new opportunities, and delivering results-driven solutions.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in customer-facing roles, preferably in the technology or financial services sector. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and new clients
  • Identifying new business opportunities and closing deals
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A business-related degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a customer-facing, account management role
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and customer engagement
  • Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills
  • Strong knowledge of CRM software and Google Analytics
