Customer Success Advocate

Salary: Up to £35k base, depending on experience
Job Description
The ideal person will be a confident and empathetic communicator able to understand other's points of view. They should thrive on customer interaction and be comfortable dealing with senior company executives. A natural planner with an organised mindset and approach to work, they should also have excellent analytical and data interpretation skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications
A business related degree and minimum of 3 years' experience in a customer facing, account management role are essential. Experience of managing and maximising the profitability of multiple B2B relationships, as well as working in a target driven environment, are highly desirable. Excellent skills in MS Office, particularly Excel, and proven ability to self-educate are also required. Superb written and verbal communication skills are necessary, as is the ability to communicate confidently face to face and virtually.
