Role Overview: As a Customer Success Manager at Ocho, you will be responsible for diving deep into the market and user needs to ensure product-market fit. This involves articulating product and vision as a trusted advisor, managing client relationships daily, ensuring delivery, training, adoption, and satisfaction. You will also collaborate with product, sales, and analytics to enhance product delivery, advocate for the user and product, driving growth and impact.

Top-line Requirements: 2-4 years of customer success or account management experience with a focus on setting up or heavily involved in setting up Customer Success functions and best practices. A passion for startup culture and its opportunities is required. Proficiency in project management, delivery, and agile methodologies is necessary. Additionally, a background in data analytics and e-commerce is beneficial. A customer-centric mindset and excellent communication skills are essential.

Estimated salary: £45,000 - £65,000 per annum depending on experience.
