About the Job

As a Customer Success Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of support and service. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support to clients, as well as developing and maintaining strong relationships with them.

Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and guidance to clients via phone, email, and in-person visits.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to senior technical staff for resolution.

Requirements
  • Minimum two years experience in a technical support role.
  • Good standard of spoken and written English.
  • Experience of working with European or US-based multinational corporations, preferably financial services.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Apple Mac operating systems.
