**Salary:** £35,000 - £55,000 per year, depending on experience**Job Description:**

As a Customer Success Professional, you will contribute directly to our success by owning customer accounts, shaping long-term partnerships, and driving mutual growth with our clients. You will work in a friendly, dynamic, and inclusive environment with like-minded, talented, and passionate individuals.

You will be responsible for:

  • Owning relationships with multiple accounts and being a trusted advisor
  • Negotiating contracts and new product opportunities
  • Representing us at customer meetings, conferences, and exhibitions
  • Providing product support and resolving issues in a timely manner
  • Onboarding new customers and collaborating with other teams

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Minimum of 1 year's experience in a customer-facing, account management role
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to self-educate and adapt to new situations
