Customer Success Lead

We are seeking a talented Customer Success Lead to join our team at VANRATH. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a fast-growing FinTech company, delivering exceptional results and driving business growth.
As a Customer Success Lead, you will be responsible for managing and maximising the profitability of multiple B2B relationships, working in a target-driven environment and leveraging your analytical and data interpretation skills to drive success. You will have experience in a customer-facing, account management role, ideally from a technology, consulting or insurance/financial/utilities product background.
Key Responsibilities:
