Customer Success Specialist

If you're looking for a challenging and rewarding role that will help you grow your career, then look no further Our client is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join their team in Belfast. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategic plans to drive growth and revenue.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a similar role, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The role provides significant opportunity to build on current customer relationships to grow existing accounts and great career progression opportunities to take on larger accounts and more responsibility.
We offer a competitive salary of £50,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus excellent benefits including salary review, performance bonuses and development opportunities. The role also includes hybrid working options, with the remainder of the time spent in the modern Belfast office.
- Work in one of our key business teams, taking ownership of existing accounts, onboard new partners/customers, and develop successful, long-term partnerships
- Contribute directly to the success of your accounts through identifying and negotiating new business with existing customers and successful onboarding and management of new accounts
- Share knowledge with colleagues and where appropriate assist junior employees
