Customer Success Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Specialist to join our team at VanRath. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and driving business growth.
About the Role:
- Manage a portfolio of clients to ensure their success with our systems.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive retention and referrals.
About You:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a customer-facing, account management role.
- Proven track record of driving business growth and meeting sales targets.
- Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills, with superb written and verbal communication skills.
